Your phone number and ZIP code are used solely to deliver daily weather forecast SMS messages to you. We do not use your information for any other purpose.
By subscribing, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from smsBuddy. Message frequency is approximately 2–4 messages per day, as forecast updates are received from NWS. Message & data rates may apply.
To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP. You may also email us at jim.copeland@zoho.com to be removed.
Your phone number and ZIP code are stored in a private database accessible only to the operator of this service. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access.
We retain your phone number and ZIP code for as long as you are subscribed. When you unsubscribe (by replying STOP or requesting removal), your information is deleted from our active send list. We may retain opt-in/opt-out records for a brief period for compliance purposes.
This service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
